Job summary

Estia Health in Strathalbyn, SA, is seeking caring team members to join our aged care homes. You’ll help residents with daily life, support wellbeing, and work as part of a compassionate team.

A Certificate III or IV in Aged Care is preferred, along with prior care experience and solid documentation skills. We offer discounts, wellbeing resources, and a supportive workplace.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or IV in Aged Care is preferred.
• Prior experience as a caregiver or in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily life to ensure they feel heard, comfy and well-fed.
• Support residents with challenging needs and activities to keep them engaged.
• Help maintain residents' health by monitoring and supporting treatments.
• Ensure residents' privacy and dignity are respected.
• Communicate effectively with the care team and families.

You’ll be a true team player and great communicator, with:

• A real desire to make a difference in people’s lives
• A Certificate III or IV in Aged Care
• Time spent working as a caregiver or similar
• Solid clinical documentation and computer skills
