Job summary

Estia Health is seeking caring, dedicated staff to join our Australian aged care homes. You’ll support residents with daily living, meals, mobility, and personal care, while maintaining dignity and privacy. A Certificate III or IV in Aged Care is preferred, and previous caregiving experience is valued.

About the Role

You’ll be a true team player and great communicator, with:

• A real desire to make a difference in people’s lives
• A Certificate III or IV in Aged Care
• Time spent working as a caregiver or similar
• Solid clinical documentation and computer skills
