Job summary

Estia Health in Victoria is seeking a dedicated Activities and Care Assistant to deliver engaging, fun and varied activities for residents, helping them feel valued and connected every day. You will provide some personal care and emotional support, while getting to know residents' interests to plan meaningful, social and stimulating experiences.

About the Role

In this varied and busy role you deliver engaging, fun and varied activities ensuring residents have their best day, everyday. A key part of your role will be giving personal care and emotional support to residents to ensure they feel valued, safe and maintain strong social connections within the home. As well as providing some aspects of direct care you will love getting to know the personal interests of our residents and finding engaging, fun and innovative activities that keep them motivated and smiling.

You'll be a team player who:

• Brings your energy and passion for enriching the lives of older Australians into this fun, dynamic and varied role
• Wants to be part of a collaborative team in a dynamic and growing sector where you can make a valuable contribution to the lives of older Australians with your warm and welcoming approach
