Job summary

Estia Health in Australia seeks compassionate caregivers to enrich the lives of residents across our communities. You will support daily activities, meals, mobility, and health monitoring, while upholding dignity and privacy for every resident.

The role requires a Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, prior caregiver experience, and solid clinical documentation and computer skills. Join a dedicated team focused on person-centred aged care across multiple homes.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or IV in Aged Care.
• Time spent working as a caregiver or similar.
• Solid clinical documentation and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily life, ensuring they feel heard, comfortable and well-fed.
• Work with the team to support residents with challenging needs.
• Help keep residents’ bodies and minds active.
• Monitor residents’ health and assist with treatments.
• Be a friend to residents and respect their privacy and dignity.
