Job summary

Estia Health is seeking caring individuals to join our aged care homes in Queensland. In this role you will support residents with daily life, maintain dignity and comfort, and work with a team to provide high-quality care.

Applicants should have a Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, be a true team player, and demonstrate solid documentation and computer skills. Prior caregiving experience is welcome as we continually enrich residents' lives.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or IV in Aged Care
• Experience as a caregiver or similar
• Strong communication and teamwork
• Solid clinical documentation and computer skills

Responsibilities

• Lend a hand with daily life – making sure our residents feel heard, comfy and well-fed
• Work with our team to support those with challenging needs
