Job summary

Estia Health, across New South Wales, seeks caring professionals to join our aged care teams. You’ll support residents with daily life, meals, mobility and wellbeing, while upholding dignity and privacy.

A Certificate III or IV in Aged Care is required along with hands-on caregiving experience; strong documentation and computer skills help you thrive in a collaborative, compassionate environment.

• Certificate III or IV in Aged Care is required.
• Experience as a caregiver or similar helpful.
• Solid clinical documentation and computer skills are important.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily life, ensuring comfort and nutrition.
• Support residents with challenging needs as part of the team.
• Help keep residents physically and mentally active.
• Monitor residents' health and assist with treatments.
• Be a friend to residents and uphold privacy and dignity.
