Job summary

Bank Australia is seeking a Personal Banker - Level 2 to be the first point of contact for branch customers, delivering exceptional service while deepening relationships. You will help customers achieve their financial goals, ensuring compliance with risk and regulatory requirements.

You will support the branch team, manage member inquiries, assist with lending applications, handle cash and account maintenance, and promote digital banking.

Qualifications

• Strong customer focus and the ability to respond to member needs.

• Willingness to participate in Saturday trade on a rostered basis.

Responsibilities

• Support branch team to achieve personal lending, service, and operational outcomes.
• Manage member enquiries and provide tailored information on products and services.
• Assist with personal lending applications, including data entry and document preparation.
• Handle complex member needs, cash transactions, and account maintenance.
• Support members with digital banking and resolve queries or complaints.
• Record sales activity in Prosper and pursue future opportunities and referrals.
