  • Support the branch team to achieve personal lending, service, and operational outcomes.
  • Manage member enquiries and provide tailored information on products and services.
  • Assist with personal lending applications, including data entry, document preparation, and member communication.
  • Handle complex member needs, cash transactions, and account maintenance.
  • Support members with digital banking and elevate queries or complaints as needed.
  • Record sales activity in Prosper and follow up on future opportunities and referrals.
