Beyond Bank Australia is hiring Personal Bankers to serve members across our ACT branch network. You will advocate our member-owned values and deliver exceptional service while pursuing individual performance targets that contribute to branch success.

You will engage with members to understand needs, explain financial products, and guide them to suitable banking solutions, including lending options, within the Beyond Bank Exceed model. A collaborative, community-focused environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service environment, retail, sales and/or banking

Responsibilities

• Provide a local member owned banking experience to new and existing members
• Proactively connect members' needs to Beyond Bank’s offerings through listening
• Manage general enquiries with sound advice and information
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver the best solution for members
• Handle customer bank accounts including opening, closing and transactions
• Identify short, medium and long-term needs and act on them via reviews and follow ups
• Advise on financial products and services to meet life-stage goals
• Assist with unsecured lending options (personal loans, credit cards)
• Assist with secured lending products (home loans, car loans)
• Ensure understanding of features, fees, terms and conditions for products
• Support specialist colleagues to deliver optimal outcomes for members
