Job summary

Beyond Bank Australia is hiring Personal Bankers across the ACT branch network. You will advocate our Member Ownership Strategy, delivering exceptional service and achieving individual targets that contribute to branch performance.

You’ll manage accounts, provide loan and credit card guidance, and connect members with Beyond Bank’s products in a supportive, community-focused environment. This role emphasizes customer service excellence, relationship-building, and collaboration with specialists

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to work in a dynamic customer service environment.
• Banking or Financial services experience desirable, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide a local member owned banking experience to new and existing members.
• Proactively connect members needs to Beyond Bank’s offerings through listening.
• Manage customer bank accounts, including opening, closing, and overseeing transactions.
• Provide timely advice on our range of financial products and services and personal banking solutions.
• Collaborate with specialists to deliver the best solution for the member.
