The role involves managing the front reception, liaising with patients, supporting physiotherapy staff, and handling general admin duties, with a collaborative team culture and competitive pay rates.

Qualifications

• Available to work between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday
• Professional and personable telephone manner
• Excellent attention to detail
• Able to prioritise tasks

Responsibilities

• Scheduling appointments
• Answering telephone calls and enquiries
• Invoicing and processing payments including HICAPS
