Job summary

Audika Australia is seeking a Clinic Co-ordinator (Client Service Officer) to support our Belmont and Corio hearing clinics. This on-site role focuses on delivering exceptional client experiences, coordinating appointments, and supporting clinicians and staff in a busy clinic environment.

You will handle front-desk duties, assist with basic hearing-device tasks, and engage in community activities to promote services. A compassionate, organised approach and flexibility with shifts are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration or customer service roles.
• Strong interpersonal communication and empathy for clients.
• Willingness to learn products and procedures and adapt to changing shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations and maintain a welcoming environment.
• Manage client appointments via phone, email, and the booking system.
• Provide basic hearing-device support and assist with setup and Bluetooth pairing.
• Assist with community engagement, site visits, and promotional activities.
• Maintain inventory and process invoices and POS transactions; verify eligibility (HSP, DVA, private health insurance).
• Support clinicians, hearing technicians and other staff, and greet clients with warmth and professionalism.
