Job summary

Audika Ballarat is seeking a Clinic Co-ordinator to support our hearing clinic on a 6-month mat leave cover. The role is part-time (Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, 9am–5pm) with no weekends, working with clinicians and reception teams to deliver exceptional customer care.

You will manage front-desk operations, appointments, and basic hearing device support while promoting client services and community engagement. A compassionate, process-driven mindset and flexibility to cover shifts are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous administration and/or customer service experience in retail, hearing care, pharmacy, or allied health.
• Experience working with an older demographic is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and empathy for clients to support their hearing journey.
• Strong computer skills are an advantage, but not essential; willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations: maintain a tidy, welcoming environment and greet clients.
• Manage client appointments via phone, email, and booking system.
• Provide basic hearing-device support, including cleaning, battery replacement, and Bluetooth pairing (training provided).
• Contribute to community engagement, site visits, promotions, and expos.
• Maintain inventory and ordering of hearing devices; process invoices and POS transactions; verify client eligibility.
