Job summary

Audika, part of Demant, is seeking a passionate Clinic Co-Ordinator (Client Service Officer) to support our Belmont and Corio hearing clinics on a permanent full-time basis.

You will work with clinicians and hearing technicians to ensure outstanding service, manage appointments, assist with basic device support, and help run the front desk while expanding knowledge of products and funding programs.

Qualifications

• Administration and customer service experience in retail, hearing care, pharmacy, or allied health.
• Experience with an older demographic preferred.
• Strong interpersonal communication and empathy for clients.
• HSC or TAFE qualification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations: greet clients and deliver a welcoming environment.
• Manage client appointments via phone, email, and the booking system.
• Provide basic hearing-device support, including cleaning and battery replacement.
• Contribute to community engagement, site visits, promotional activities and expos.
• Maintain inventory and processing invoices and POS transactions; verify client eligibility.
• Engage clients with empathy and warmth while supporting clinicians and team.
• Work independently at front desk while coordinating with staff and stakeholders.
