Job summary

Downer is seeking a Graduate Associate Performance Attribution Analyst for our Rail and Transit Systems team in Auburn, NSW. You will analyze performance and systems data to attribute delays and penalties, prepare evidence-based reports, and work with Through-Life-Support teams to lift operational performance.

Ideally, you will have an engineering or related qualification and experience with complex electrical/mechanical systems.

Qualifications

• Mechanical or electrical engineering qualification or trade qualification.
• Experience with complex electrical/mechanical systems maintenance.
• Familiarity with fault diagnostic tools and reliability programs.

Responsibilities

• Analyse performance and systems data to identify root causes of delays and penalties.
• Prepare evidence-based attribution reports for incidents.
• Collaborate with Through-Life-Support teams to improve operational performance.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and client representatives.
