Job summary

SA Water seeks a People Central Coordinator to be the friendly, trusted first point of contact for employees and leaders, providing clear, timely support across ServiceNow and people-related processes.

You will help with learning and development activities, course bookings, vendor coordination, and maintain accurate learning records in a fast-paced, agile People & Safety environment. Your role supports lifecycle documentation and process improvement across SA Water.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in HR, business, psychology, law or related field.
• Strong critical thinking and innovative mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across stakeholders.
• Strong problem solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and HR tech platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive, professional customer service to employees and leaders, tailoring support to enquiry complexity.
• Prepare accurate documentation including contracts, letters, and employment lifecycle correspondence.
• Coordinate learning and development administration activities, including training bookings, vendor engagement and maintaining training records.
• Support leaders to navigate people systems and processes with confidence.
• Collaborate with Technology and People Operations teams to troubleshoot issues and improve workflows.
• Look for opportunities to simplify, automate and streamline processes to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
