Job summary

Australia Post is seeking a proactive business support professional to help deliver a flagship learning and culture development program. This 12-month FTC role combines people support, learning operations and stakeholder engagement to create a seamless experience for learners, facilitators and leaders.

You'll manage LMS (SAP SuccessFactors) and ServiceNow, maintain knowledge resources, coordinate activities and analyse data to drive continuous improvement, while building strong relationships

Qualifications

• Experience in People Services, HR administration, learning operations, shared services or program coordination environments.
• Experience supporting the delivery of learning, capability or enterprise-wide people programs, including enrolments, scheduling, communications and deployment activities.
• Hands-on experience using SAP SuccessFactors Learning (LMS) to administer learning activities, manage learner records and support program delivery.
• Experience creating, maintaining and enhancing knowledge articles, process documentation, FAQs and employee-facing content, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, user-friendly guidance.
• Strong stakeholder management, customer service and administrative skills, with experience using platforms such as ServiceNow, SharePoint and Microsoft 365 to support efficient service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support in SAP SuccessFactors LMS and ServiceNow, including enrolments and reporting.
• Maintain knowledge articles, FAQs, and process guides across ServiceNow and SharePoint.
• Coordinate learning activities, accreditation schedules, facilitator assignments, and milestones.
• Monitor learning activity and program insights to support decision-making.
• Build strong relationships with facilitators, leaders and stakeholders and improve processes.
