Job summary

KPMG has appointed a Learning Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for learners and stakeholders within a Learning Managed Service environment in Western Australia. You will provide responsive support across phone, email, and ticketing channels, contributing to course administration, event coordination, learner enquiries, and system assistance.

This is a 12‑month fixed‑term contract with a focus on delivering a positive learner experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, service desk, administration or support environments.
• Strong verbal and written communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to follow structured processes and service delivery frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Respond to enquiries via phone, email, and ticketing platforms.
• Process course bookings, transfers, and cancellations.
• Coordinate learner events and attendee management.
• Create and manage tickets in the service management platform.
• Assist learners with password resets and basic tech support.
• Escalate complex enquiries to appropriate teams.
