Melbourne Health is seeking a Business Improvement Analyst to join the People Services Improvement team. This 12-month fixed-term, full-time role focuses on streamlining People Services and improving the employee experience.

You will work across people, process and technology with payroll and systems teams to translate needs into practical solutions and support design, testing and implementation. You will study current processes, map requirements, engage stakeholders, and identify opportunities

Qualifications

• Experience leading process analysis and improvement in a complex organisation.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical solutions and requirements.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.
• Experience with testing, implementation and embedding of process or system changes.

Responsabilités

• Process Analysis - Map and analyse end-to-end employee lifecycle processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Requirements & Future State Design - Gather and translate requirements into functional/technical specs and future-state solutions.
• User Research - Engage employees, managers and operational teams to understand needs and pain points.
• Systems & Automation - Identify opportunities to improve processes and maximise HRIS capabilities.
• Solution Design & Testing - Design practical solutions and support testing/implementation to meet needs.
• Continuous Improvement Pipeline - Identify, assess and prioritise improvement opportunities.
