Job summary

The Royal Melbourne Hospital is seeking an experienced improvement professional to lead a 12‑month program to simplify and redesign People & Culture services across the employee lifecycle. You will review priority processes across Recruitment & Talent, People Services, People Information, Immigration and People Systems to build self‑service for employees and managers.

You will establish governance, measures and benefits realisation and build capability to embed improvements beyond the program.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading complex improvement initiatives in a large organisation.
• Expertise in end-to-end process improvement, service design and operational excellence.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Establish, lead and deliver a prioritised portfolio of People & Culture improvement initiatives.
• Lead end-to-end reviews and redesign of employee lifecycle processes.
• Identify drivers of operational demand and develop efficiency solutions.
• Use data to establish baselines and measure performance.
• Partner to maximise SuccessFactors capabilities and enable self-service.
• Apply user-centred design to improve employee experience.
• Engage stakeholders across the organisation to embed improvements.
