Job summary

TwoScots Recruitment is seeking an HR Systems Analyst in Melbourne to govern and continuously improve our People Systems. You will work across governance, project coordination, and HRIS support, collaborating with technology and HR teams to optimise processes.

The role requires experience with HRIS platforms such as SuccessFactors, Workday or Dayforce, and strong communication skills to explain systems and processes clearly.

Qualifications

• Experience in a HRIS role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate HR and Payroll People Systems projects.
• Coordinate system testing, including UAT, SIT and regression testing.
• Maintain People Systems governance, documentation and audit processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR and Payroll processes, systems and ways of working.
• Support SAP SuccessFactors releases, system upgrades and issue resolution.
