Job summary

Bupa is seeking a senior Business Analyst to translate complex requirements into clear business processes and practical solutions. Based in Sydney or Melbourne, you will support a major organisational transition and work with operations, workforce, technology and clinical teams to drive program success.

You will map current and future state processes, validate requirements with stakeholders, and contribute to governance, testing and implementation activities, using both traditional and Agile

Qualifications

• Significant experience as a Business Analyst in regulated/healthcare environments.
• Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping and service design.
• Experience in large-scale transformation programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate requirements into solutions.
• Experience with project governance, risk and issue management, testing and implementation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills; able to run workshops.
• Understanding of traditional and Agile project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Map current and future state business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and addressing process and control gaps.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, subject matter experts and subcontractors to validate requirements and proposed solutions.
• Analyse business data, operational processes and system requirements to support informed decision-making and service delivery improvements.
• Maintain requirements documentation, risk and issue registers, and support program governance and reporting activities.
• Translate business requirements into test cases and acceptance criteria, supporting user acceptance testing and implementation activities.
• Support change impact assessments, stakeholder workshops and the development of business documentation, including procedures, process maps and user guides.
