Capital Health Network seeks a Human Resources Officer to deliver practical HR services across the employee lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and data integrity. You will support recruitment, onboarding, case management, WHS activities and continuous improvement of HR processes with a collaborative team in a hybrid office environment.

You will work across policies, records, and HRIS administration, contributing to a positive workplace and excellent staff experience.

Qualifikationen

• Demonstrated experience providing practical Human Resources support across the employee lifecycle.
• Sound judgement and discretion in handling sensitive people related matters.
• Ability to interpret HR policies and employment frameworks and provide accurate guidance.

Aufgaben

• Provide recruitment coordination and onboarding documentation.
• Develop position descriptions and manage job advertising and interview processes.
• Conduct reference checks and employment offers; manage HR inbox and employee records.
• Ensure compliance checks and HR information system administration.
• Support case management, WHS audits and learning and development planning.
