Silver Chain Group is seeking a highly organised HR Coordinator to join our People & Culture team. This role acts as a central support resource for HR across Australia, coordinating onboarding, records, and HR processes with accuracy and discretion.

Reporting to the People & Culture Manager, you will work with leaders and employees nationwide, supporting a broad range of HR activities and ensuring processes are delivered consistently and professionally.

Qualifikationen

• You have a qualification in Human Resources or are working towards one.
• Experience in HR, people services, recruitment, payroll, or HRIS is preferred.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to confidentiality and discretion.
• Proficient MS Office; familiarity with HRIS platforms (SuccessFactors desirable).

Aufgaben

• Provide first-line HR enquiries and employee-related administration.
• Coordinate onboarding, workforce changes and employment documentation.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR system data.
• Prepare employment correspondence and communications.
• Support employee relations activities and data integrity reviews.
• Assist with workforce reporting and position management processes.
• Coordinate invoices, meetings and general team administration.
