Job summary

ForHealth Group in Sydney’s Leichhardt area is seeking a proactive P&C Shared Services & Talent Coordinator to join our Centre of Excellence. You will support the full employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding through to HR administration, ensuring accurate data and compliant processes in a fast-paced environment.

Reporting to the Centre of Excellence, you will collaborate with Hiring Managers, Talent Acquisition Partners, Payroll and the broader People & Culture team to deliver a

Qualifications

• 1-3 years' experience in HR administration, shared services, and/or talent acquisition.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and compliance.
• Organised with ability to manage competing priorities.
• Experience using HRIS/ServiceNow/Dayforce or similar systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee lifecycle administration including contracts and records.
• Respond to queries via ServiceNow and other channels.
• Ensure documentation and processes are compliant and consistent.
• Support recruitment and onboarding documentation.
• Provide administrative support to the broader People & Culture function.
