Capital Region Community Services seeks an adaptable HR professional to provide practical People & Culture advice across employee relations, recruitment, onboarding and performance development. You will coordinate learning, training records and reporting to support capability, safeguarding and service quality.

You will partner with managers to identify development needs, maintain records and drive workforce initiatives, while ensuring compliance with policies, the Enterprise Agreement 2023 and

• Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in People and Culture advisory or workforce administration.
• Knowledge of Australian employment legislation and modern awards (SCHADS).
• Ability to provide practical advice across recruitment, onboarding and lifecycle matters.
• Passion for building leadership capability and organisational development.

Responsabilidades

• Provide practical HR advice to managers and employees within policies and escalation pathways.
• Manage HR inbox enquiries and respond per policies and legislation.
• Prepare contracts, variations and onboarding requirements.
• Coordinate learning and development activities and training records.
• Support managers with supervision, feedback and performance conversations.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems for reporting and audits.
• Contribute to recruitment, engagement and workforce initiatives.
• Identify risks and escalate sensitive matters appropriately.
