Job summary

St Louis Care in Adelaide is seeking a People and Culture Coordinator to support end-to-end employee life cycle, maintain compliance documents and contribute to HR projects. You will oversee recruitment, onboarding, employment records, HR reporting, and maintain HR systems such as Visual Care, Expr3ss and Etrainu; a solid foundation in employment law and privacy is important.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in a HR role or equivalent.
• Have a qualification in Human Resources
• Up-to-date Influenza vaccination
• National Police Clearance (no older than 2 years)
• Experience using HR and recruitment systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities.
• Support the employee lifecycle, including employment documentation and record management.
• Ensure HR compliance requirements are met, including pre-employment and workforce checks.
• Maintain and support HR systems, including Visual Care, Expr3ss and Etrainu.
• Prepare HR reports, documentation and employee correspondence.
• Contribute to People & Culture initiatives, projects and continuous improvement activities.
