Goodstart Early Learning is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Partner to join our People and Culture team in Adelaide. Reporting to the ER People Lead, you will provide expert employee relations guidance, manage complex cases and coach leaders to navigate people matters with confidence.

You’ll partner with HRBPs to drive culture and engagement, interpret employment laws, and support leaders with performance conversations while upholding our values and ensuring a safe, compliant workplace

Qualificações

• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Employee Relations, Law or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Strong generalist HR or Employee Relations background with case management experience.
• Solid knowledge of employment legislation, industrial relations and compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Provide expert employee relations advice and coaching on workplace matters.
• Support leaders with engagement, retention and performance conversations.
• Manage a range of people-related cases and complex matters.
• Guide investigations, disciplinary processes and grievances.
• Interpret and apply employment legislation, policies and enterprise agreements.
• Develop leadership capability through coaching and practical support.
• Partner with HRBPs to drive culture and engagement initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve people practices, policies and processes.
