Job summary

Cancer Care Associates is seeking a proactive People & Culture Coordinator to support recruitment, onboarding, and employee experience across NSW, WA, and Queensland. You will partner with the Head of People & Culture to attract talent, manage HR documentation, and drive engagement initiatives in a growth-focused oncology care provider.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR, People & Culture, recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Experience in recruitment sourcing and recruitment process coordination.
• Organised and resourceful with ability to solve problems and find practical solutions.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
• Strong relationship-building with leaders, employees and candidates at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities across the business.
• Partner with hiring managers to deliver a seamless recruitment experience.
• Source and engage candidates using SEEK Premium Search and other channels.
• Conduct candidate screening and first-round interviews.
• Actively support Senior and Executive Leadership recruitment processes.
• Build talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
• Track recruitment performance and improve candidate experience.
