Job summary

Monde Nissin Australia, Mulgrave, is seeking a People and Culture Coordinator to support the team across HR processes, recruitment, onboarding and lifecycle management. You will help enhance employee experience, engagement and retention through culture initiatives and efficient administration.

The role requires a tertiary HR qualification and at least 3 years in a similar position, with strong communication, organizational skills and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related field.
• 3+ years in a similar People & Culture role.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate HR processes including recruitment support, onboarding, offboarding and employee lifecycle management.
• Support planning and execution of employee engagement and culture initiatives.
• Maintain HR records and documentation per policy and law.
• Assist with training coordination for employees at all levels.
• Respond to employee inquiries and provide admin support to People & Culture.
