Job summary

Uniting is seeking an HR Coordinator to join the People & Culture team in Victoria and Tasmania. You will support recruitment and onboarding, prepare employment documentation, maintain accurate employee records and assist with workforce screening and compliance.

Working with HR Advisors, you’ll respond to HR enquiries, help employees navigate our systems and contribute to delivering a positive employee experience across our organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR administration or employee lifecycle coordination.
• Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding and employment changes.
• Confidence using HR systems, managing data and maintaining accurate records.
• An understanding of employment conditions, awards and HR processes.
• A relevant HR qualification or equivalent professional experience.
