Nine is seeking a People Solutions Coordinator in North Sydney for a 12-month contract. You will be the first point of contact for leaders and employees, delivering high-quality, solutions-focused HR support across the employee lifecycle.

Key tasks include handling new starter documentation, managing Workday workflows, advising on EBAs and Awards, and assisting with visa processes. Hybrid work options and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Formación

• HR documentation and employee records management experience.
• Exposure to HR policies, compliance requirements, and industrial instruments like EBAs and Awards.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across levels.
• Ability to solve problems pragmatically in a high-pressure environment.
• Attention to detail with multi-tasking across HR processes.

Responsabilidades

• Create contract documentation for new starters and internal movements.
• Manage the Workday inbox, review tasks, approve workflows, and generate data insights.
• Provide guidance on Awards and EBAs to ensure compliance.
• Assist with visa processes in line with immigration policy.
• Drive optimization of HR systems and processes to enhance service.
• Support Talent Acquisition with recruitment-related systems and processes.
• Provide ad-hoc administrative support to ensure seamless service delivery.
