Job summary

Responsibilities include recruitment onboarding, contracts, HR correspondence, file maintenance, compliance tracking, reporting, and rostering support to ensure staffing needs are met and residents receive consistent care.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding activities.
• Prepare contracts, employment letters and HR correspondence.
• Maintain personnel files and HR systems.
• Monitor visas, registrations, police checks and mandatory training compliance.
• Support workforce reporting and HR dashboards.
• Support rostering, shifts, leave and vacancies.
• Coordinate training records and competency registers.
• Provide first-line HR admin support to staff and managers.
