Bradken is seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join the HR Services & Reward team in Burswood, WA. You will manage Australian payrolls across weekly, fortnightly and monthly cycles for hourly and salaried staff, ensuring data accuracy and timely processing.

You will interpret awards and legislation, handle payroll queries, reconciliations and reporting, and contribute to process improvements. Experience with ADP is highly preferred, as is familiarity with UKG/Kronos or other timekeeping

Qualifikationen

• Three+ years Australian payroll experience.
• Experience processing weekly, fortnightly or monthly payrolls.
• Experience supporting both hourly and salaried employees.
• Strong knowledge of payroll legislation, awards, tax and superannuation.

Aufgaben

• Process Australian weekly, fortnightly and monthly payrolls accurately and on time.
• Manage employee changes, deductions, leave and termination payments.
• Support time and attendance for hourly and operational staff.
• Interpret payroll data in line with awards, agreements and legislation.
• Respond to payroll queries from employees and managers.
• Investigate discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
• Complete payroll reconciliations, reports and audit activities.
• Maintain accurate employee and payroll records.
• Support improvements to payroll processes and data accuracy.
