OPED Australia Pty is seeking a Payroll & HR Administrator to manage our fortnightly payroll using Zambion Ready Workforce, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and compliance with legislation and company policies.
You will also support onboarding/offboarding, employee records, and salary reviews, while addressing payroll queries and maintaining confidentiality within a collaborative HR team.

Working closely with the HR Manager, you will take ownership of our fortnightly payroll, ensuring our employees are paid accurately, on time and in accordance with legislative requirements and company policies.
This is a hands-on role where you will be involved across the full payroll cycle using Zambion Ready Workforce, from new starters and employee changes through to reconciliations, PAYG and superannuation. You will also be a key point of contact for employees and managers, providing timely support and resolving payroll queries.
While payroll is the primary focus of the role, you’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to a range of HR administration activities, including recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, maintaining employee records, managing the shared HR inbox, supporting salary reviews and HR projects.
You’re a confident payroll professional who enjoys taking ownership, getting the detail right and making sure things run smoothly. You’re organised, proactive and comfortable working across both payroll and HR administration, with a genuine interest in supporting employees and managers.
