Teachers Health Fund is seeking a part-time Payroll Officer to manage end-to-end payroll administration for Brisbane staff. You will ensure entitlements and records comply with agreements, contracts and policy, while handling confidential information with discretion.
The role combines fortnightly payroll processing, HRIS administration, reconciliations and statutory reporting, with a focus on delivering accurate data and responsive payroll support to managers and employees.
The Payroll Officer is responsible for the end-to-end administration of payroll and related systems supporting our Brisbane employees. You will help ensure payroll, employee entitlements and records are processed accurately, on time and in line with Enterprise Agreements, employment contracts, organisational policies and relevant legislation.

You will also be a key source of payroll advice for employees, managers and internal stakeholders, handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
