Job summary

The Reserve Bank of Australia invites applications for a role within the Payments Operations Program to support knowledge management and training content for the RITS ecosystem. You will coordinate content builds, schedule workshops, liaise with internal and external stakeholders, and report on progress.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of the Knowledge Management and Training workstream.
• Coordinate the build of new knowledge content and training material, including meetings/workshops and progress tracking.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders and generate status reports.
• Collaborate with the broader POP team, external providers, and staff in Payments Settlements and IT.
