Job summary

The Reserve Bank of Australia invites applications for a Knowledge Management and Training Analyst within the Payments Operations Program. You will analyse KM and training requirements, and help coordinate the development and rollout of new content with SME and external providers.

You will work with a range of stakeholders across IT and operations to deliver enhanced knowledge management and training solutions for RITS and related systems, in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in business analysis with a focus on knowledge management and training.
• Experience engaging stakeholders across delivery and support teams in a matrix structure.
• Ability to document requirements and coordinate content development with SMEs.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and document knowledge management and training requirements.
• Develop processes and procedures to support new KM arrangements and training framework.
• Coordinate creation and rollout of training content with SMEs and external providers.
• Support other business analysis work within Payments Operations Programs.
