Job summary

• Be part of the Knowledge Management team, working closely with SMEs in IT and Payments Settlements to uplift key knowledge artefacts supporting the operations of RITS and related systems.
• This will involve a range of business analysis and technical procedures writing tasks.
• Collaborate with the broader POP team, an external professional services firm and staff in Payments Settlements, IT and Knowledge departments.
