Job summary

Reserve Bank of Australia is seeking a Business Analyst to join the Payments Operations Program, focusing on knowledge management and training requirements. You will coordinate content development with subject matter experts and external providers, ensuring rollout of new training arrangements.

The role reports to the KM & Training Manager and collaborates with IT, Payments Settlements, and other POP teams to deliver effective knowledge management and training solutions that support RITS

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in business analysis and requirements elicitation.
• Experience in a matrix organisation with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document knowledge management and training requirements.
• Develop processes to support rollout of knowledge management and training framework.
• Coordinate creation of knowledge content with SMEs and external providers.
• Assist with other business analysis work within the Payments Operations programs.
• Collaborate with Project Manager (KM & Training) and Senior SME to deliver the KM/Training workstream.
• Work with the broader POP team and IT staff to meet deliverables.
