Job summary

Bloom Hearing Specialists – Rockhampton Clinic is seeking a Customer Care Coordinator to be the welcoming face and voice of our clinic. You will work closely with customers, audiologists and the wider team to ensure every interaction is professional, efficient and positive.

Your responsibilities include answering inquiries by phone, email and in person, scheduling hearing assessments, guiding customers through devices and accessories, resolving concerns, supporting local marketing, performing

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a customer service role within retail, healthcare, allied health, or similar environment.
• Strong computer literacy with CRM systems, appointment scheduling platforms, and other business software.
• Excellent attention to detail and solid administrative skills.

Responsibilities

• Engaging with customers via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions, providing tailored information about services and products.
• Scheduling appointments for hearing assessments and consultations with audiologists.
• Guiding customers through hearing devices and accessories.
• Resolving customer concerns and delivering outstanding service experiences.
• Supporting local marketing initiatives to promote clinic services within the community.
• Performing minor hearing aid repairs (full training provided).
• Providing administrative support and maintaining accurate customer records.
