Job summary

Bloom Hearing Specialists North Perth Clinic is seeking a Customer Care Coordinator in North Perth. You will be the welcoming face and voice of the clinic, coordinating customer interactions with audiologists and the broader team to ensure professional, efficient, and positive experiences.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, guiding customers through devices, resolving issues, and supporting marketing efforts while maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a customer service role within retail, healthcare, or allied health environments.
• Strong computer literacy and experience with CRM systems and scheduling platforms.
• Excellent attention to detail and solid administrative skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing tailored information on services and products.
• Schedule hearing assessments and consultations with audiologists.
• Guide customers through hearing devices and accessories.
• Resolve customer concerns and deliver outstanding service experiences.
• Support local marketing initiatives to promote clinic services.
• Perform minor hearing aid repairs (training provided).
• Maintain accurate customer records and provide administrative support.
