Craigieburn Secondary College in Melbourne's northern suburbs seeks a Pathways and Transitions Leading Teacher to drive curriculum planning, literacy and numeracy initiatives, and career education across Years 7–12. You will coordinate staff, work with students and families, and lead the pathway planning that underpins successful post-school transitions.

Qualificações

• Demonstrated ability to lead school priorities and improve literacy and numeracy across the curriculum.
• Experience in curriculum planning and high-impact teaching strategies to support diverse learners.
• Ability to monitor student learning using data to drive improvement and provide feedback to families.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with colleagues, students and families.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate staff to implement whole-school priorities and initiatives.
