Job summary

Department of Education Victoria is seeking a Pathways and Transitions Leading Teacher at Craigieburn Secondary College in Melbourne. The role focuses on strategic leadership for career education, pathway planning and successful post-school transitions across Years 7–12.

You will collaborate with college leaders, teachers, students and families to implement a whole-school approach to career development and student outcomes.
