Job summary

PERSOL is seeking a capable APS2 Passport Production Officer in Sydney to support a secure, efficient passport service. You will handle administrative tasks, data entry, document processing and QA checks in a fast-paced, office-based environment.

Key duties include scanning, entering data, verifying documents, maintaining accuracy, and collaborating with teammates to meet targets and KPIs. Citizenship and security clearance readiness are important for this government role.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration, data entry, document processing or high-volume processing environments.

Responsibilities

• Scanning passport application forms, photographs and supporting documentation.
• Processing and entering information into internal systems accurately and efficiently.
• Checking passport photographs and documents for quality and suitability.
• Verifying data and ensuring information is correctly recorded.
• Undertaking quality assurance checks to identify errors or inconsistencies.
• Sorting, organising and managing physical applications and records.
• Supporting document filing, storage and secure disposal processes.
• Performing repetitive administrative and processing tasks while maintaining accuracy and productivity.
• Working collaboratively within a team to meet operational requirements, deadlines and KPIs.
