The Role

The Environment & System Framework

You will work on site in Brisbane CBD, utilizing secure government databases, case management platforms, and document verification systems. Operating under the Australian Passports Act and strict privacy guidelines, you will be fully supported with comprehensive onboarding and system training.

What You Will Bring

• Proven experience in high volume processing, document verification, or case management
