Access4 is seeking a Partner Success Manager to own a portfolio of channel partner relationships and help them maximise our UCaaS solutions. We operate a channel-only model, partnering exclusively with MSPs rather than selling direct.

This is a relationship-driven role focused on trust, detail and partner success. You’ll set partners up for success, coordinate with sales and product teams, manage Salesforce activity, and drive growth across the partner network from our North Sydney hub in a

• 12–18 months in a customer-facing role (IT/SaaS/telco).
• Understanding MSPs and how they grow revenue.
• Experience using Salesforce for reporting/analytics.

Responsabilidades

• Own a portfolio of channel partners and help them grow.
• Coordinate with partners' sales and product teams to position Access4 solutions.
• Respond to partner inquiries and resolve issues with internal teams.
• Follow up on inbound opportunities and keep them moving.
