The successful candidate will bring 2+ years in recruitment, strong relationship-building skills and familiarity with modern sourcing practices. Workday experience is a plus, and the assignment runs for the full six weeks.

Qualifications

• At least two years' experience in a Talent Partner, Recruitment or Talent Acquisition role, ideally supporting corporate functions.
• Must be available to cover the complete six week period.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and influence outcomes.
• Proven ability to source and attract high-quality talent in competitive markets.
• Knowledge of contemporary recruitment practices, talent market trends and creative sourcing strategies.
• Excellent communication, organisational and prioritisation skills.
• Prior Workday experience is advantageous
