White & Case is seeking a Senior HR Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover parental leave in Melbourne with oversight of the Australia offices. You will partner with Partners and senior stakeholders on culture, engagement, and workforce planning, while aligning regional HR programs with global policies and local requirements.

Qualifications

• Senior-level strategic and operational HR experience, preferably in legal, professional services or client-focused environments.
• Proactive judgment to identify and escalate key issues.
• Delivery-focused approach with adaptability under changing circumstances.

Responsabilités

• Act as a strategic HR business partner to Partners and people leaders on culture, engagement, and talent.
• Ensure global and regional HR strategies are implemented across Australian offices.
• Advise on workplace relations issues and manage employee-relations processes.
• Lead annual performance evaluation and compensation processes; coordinate with global and regional policy.
