Job summary

Achilles is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner for a part-time role in Melbourne, Australia. You will partner with local management to deliver people management, employee relations, talent, performance and compliance support, aligning with regional and global HR strategies.

You will lead end-to-end HR activities across recruitment, onboarding, succession planning, performance coaching, rewards, and HR operations, while ensuring compliance with Australian employment laws and company

Qualifications

5+ years' progressive HR generalist and business partnering experience in an SME environment.
Strong working knowledge of Australian employment compliance matters.
Degree qualification in HR, Business, Psychology, OD, or HR certification.
Experience in a matrix reporting structure within an international organisation.
Exposure to HR projects and organisational change initiatives.

Responsibilities

Strategic HR partnership: trusted advisor on people, culture, and workforce planning.
Employee relations and workforce management: coaching managers and minimising risk.
Talent acquisition and onboarding: lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
Performance, learning and development: coaching on performance and development planning.
Compensation and benefits: support salary review and remuneration processes.
HR operations and compliance: ensure compliance with local employment laws and policies.
